Return & Refund Policy

At Roselyn Seeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition.
  • Packaging must remain sealed and unopened.

Damaged or Defective Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a resolution, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item(s). We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a suitable remedy.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the best approach is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and delivery.
