Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched. Please note that during peak season processing times may occasionally extend; however, we strive to maintain our 2-day commitment.
Shipping Rates
We offer tiered shipping rates designed to provide the most economical and reliable delivery options for our customers. All shipping services are provided by Royal Mail.
Orders between £0.00 and £4.99 Standard delivery: Royal Mail 2nd class (untracked) at £1.19 Express delivery: Royal Mail 1st class (untracked) at £1.99
Orders between £5.00 and £10.00 Tracked delivery: Royal Mail tracked 48 at £1.99
Orders over £10.01 Complimentary shipping: Royal Mail tracked 48 at free of charge
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship exclusively to UK mainland addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to the Channel Islands or British overseas territories.
Tracking information
When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us. For orders over £5.00, this email will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. For orders sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, please be advised that these are untracked services.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an insufficient address, a reshipping fee may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
For untracked services (1st and 2nd class), Royal Mail does not consider a domestic parcel lost until 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us with your order number so we may investigate.
Damaged Items and Returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Please note that as seeds are perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind once the product has been dispatched. However, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
